Posting Policies

Is there something that the Springbrook Web Site is missing? Do you know what that special something is? Then please help us. Let us know.

Here are our requirements for having something posted:

  • Have the content ready to submit. We, unfortunately do not have the time to write articles or summaries for you. If you want information on the Springbrook site, please be ready to submit all necessary content, images, and links.
  • Know where on the site your information will go. We took a lot of care to design Springbrook's site hierarchy to accommodate the needs of students, staff, parents, and the community at large.
    Not everything can go on the homepage. This space is reserved for important upcoming events only. If you are wondering where your information would best go, think about your audience. Where is the logical place they would go to find the information?
  • Complete the Request Form . Complete the Web Request/Comment form. We will then direct your information to the appropriate person. (See who does what).
  • Give us some time. The time it takes for us to fulfill your request depends on several factors:
    • The urgency of the request.
    • How complete was the information you gave us
    • How much are you asking for. Correcting contact information, for example, does not take as long as designing a whole new page
    • How busy we are. Maintaining the website is no ones full time job, so we ask for your patience as we work it into our existing schedules.

When you are ready to request something on the Springbrook Site, please contact the appropriate person with your information. We will reply with an idea of when we will have the contact up or what additional information we need.
