MY MISSION STATEMENT

I believe that education is the foundation of our society. I believe I make a positive impact on every student I come into contact with. When a student leaves my class, I believe I make them a better person as well as a more educated one. I believe that all students have the ability to learn. I will create a safe learning environment for all students which will help increase the ability of all learners to achieve. Each individual student has different learning styles and needs that I will reach so they can achieve there maximum potential and make learning fun.  I will make students feel comfortable in taking risks in class. I will make students believe that the are capable of learning at a high level no matter what obstacles get in there way. My students will understand that physical activity and healthy choices will help you grow physically, intellectually, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.  These five components are the cornerstones of having a high level of health. I will be committed to being the best possible teacher I can be. I will put forth the time everyday in developing engaging lesson plans that will reach all of my students. I will grade there work and give them feedback on things they did well and areas they need to improve. I will develop personal relationships with my students that will help enable them to achieve at a high level. I will differentiate my activities to reach the many different learning styles I find in my students. I will use my passion through the subjects I teach to help motivate students. I take very seriously my contribution to society. Every time I step in the classroom, I am preparing tomorrow’s youth for their future.
