  • Make sure you record the bibliographic information for sources you might use (author, title, date of publication, date of access, and name of newspaper, magazine, or database).

  • Choose the best resource - print, online, periodicals, primary, secondary, etc.
  • Search for information - use key words to look in the index of a book or to type into the search field of an electronic resource.
