DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS for
FRIDAY, MAY 16, 2008
Attention seniors! Please drop off a final transcript envelope (business size 4 x 9) addressed to the school you plan to attend with a 42 cent stamp (stamp price increased as of May 11, 2008) to the Guidance Office ASAP. Final transcripts will not be ready until mid-July 2008.
Attention sophomores! Those students interested in running for class officers for the 2008-2009 school year can still pick up packets in room G 315, Mr. Jones’ room through May 22nd. Packets and speeches are due on Friday, May 23rd. There will be a mandatory meeting in room G 315 on Tuesday, May 27th, with speeches to follow at grade level assemblies on May 28th. Elections are May 29th. Come out and show how great a leader you are!
The Gay-Straight Alliance will meet today in Mr. Crouse’s room, F 302 after school.
All members of the Developmental Golf team needs to call their coach about year end activities.
Springbrook Pom Team Tryouts will start Tuesday May 27 at 4:30pm in the Cafeteria. A health inventory form is required to participate. Bring a friend and come dressed to dance! Contact Coach Nadine or see Mr Lane if you have questions.

Recycle all paper, including newspapers and cardboard. All cans and glass can be recycled (not light bulbs or Pyrex glass). In Montgomery County, only plastic bottles with a “neck” – like water bottles or milk bottles can be recycled.
