During World War II, not only was the conflict waged on the battlefield, but the war created many controversial issues throughout the world. You and your group will be researching the arguments for or against one of the following topics:
- The Dropping of Atomic Bombs on Japan
- Women in the Military Combat
- The Japanese-American Internment Camps
- Roosevelt's Lend-Lease Act
- Marshall Plan
First, you will be gathering information for your argument, either for or against, one of the topics above.
Use the print materials and online websites provided to you for your research. You will be taking notes on your notetaking sheet and saving pictures and videos to your "my documents" for later use. Be sure to cite all your sources in order to justify your findings back in your country.
