The View from C-208

This is my fifteenth year teaching English and sponsoring the student school newspaper, The Wave, at Rosa Parks Middle School. I grew up in Columbia, MD and attended Wilde Lake High School in Howard County. After receiving a double major B.A. in English and Political Science, I spent two year at Towson State University completing their secondary English teaching certificate program. While teaching heare at R.P.M.S., I attended Johns Hopkins University, and two years ago I earned my M.A in liberal arts from J.H.U.

My wife Jenifer (an educator and artist) and I have two wonderful children: Daren (11) and Mac (6).
