Doing the Cola Taste Test Exercise

Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS) prepares students with knowledge and skills to empower individuals, strengthen families, and enable communities. Its programs help students make decisions and solve problems.

By the end of the course students should be able to explore and plan for career options, understand various relationships, solve practical problems using critical and creative thinking, demonstrate knowledge of diverse populations, apply concepts and skills from all disciplines to solve problems, and empower and strengthen families and communities, and demostrate knowledge of and participate in student service learning.
