• Hours completed during the summer of 2009 must be turned in by Friday, September 25, 2009.
• Hours completed during the first semester (September 2009 – January 2010) must be turned in by Friday, January 8, 2010.
• Seniors – The deadline for turning in hours to earn the Certificate of Meritorious Service is Friday, April 9, 2010.
• Seniors - Hours earned during the second semester (January 2010 – April 2010) must be turned in by Friday, April 30, 2010.
• 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students - Hours completed during the second semester (January 2010 – June 2010) must be turned in by Friday, June 4, 2010.

These deadlines are important – late forms will not be accepted.
