What is available at the yearbook website (YBonline)?
Some of the features that can be found on the yearbook website include:
1. Photos can be submitted to the yearbook staff for possible inclusion in the yearbook.
2. Yearbooks can be purchased with a credit card.
3. Yearbook ads can be submitted as a JPEG image and purchased with a credit card.
4. A photo gallery of some of our favorite photos.

How do I get an account on the yearbook website (YBonline)?
Here are step by step instructions for signing up for an account on YBonline:
1. Start a web browser (preferably IE 5.5 or higher)
2. Enter the following address: www.yb-online.com
3. Click "sign up"
4. Fill out this form. Be sure to note the email address and password that you specify on this form. You will need this information in order to login.
5. Be sure to check off the box to indicate that you agree to the "terms of service"
6. Click "sign up"
7. Your request for an account will be reviewed by the yearbook staff and they will send you an email to let you know when you are granted access.
8. When you receive this email response, you will be able to login using the email address and password that you typed on the signup form.
How do I login and access the yearbook website (YBonline)?
You will receive an email from the yearbook staff to confirm that your account has been activated. Once you receive this email, simply follow these step-by-step instructions:
1. Start a web browser (preferably IE 5.5 or higher)
2. Enter the following address: www.yb-online.com
3. Enter your email address in the "login" field (as you filled in the sign up form)
4. Enter your password in the "password" field (as you filled in the sign up form)
Yearbook Purchase FAQs
How can I purchase a yearbook?
You have two options: online or traditional.
You can easily purchase the yearbook on the YBonline website that has been setup for us by our publisher. Here are step by step instructions for purchasing a yearbook via YBonline:
1. Start a web browser (preferably IE 5.5 or higher)
2. Enter the following address: www.yb-online.com
3. Enter your email address in the "login" field (as you filled in the sign up form)
4. Enter your password in the "password" field (as you filled in the sign up form)
5. Click on "Login"
6. Click on “Buy the yearbook”
7. If available, fill in the personalization line with the your name as you wish for it to appear on the cover of the yearbook. This must be filled out twice to be sure we get the correct spelling. Please leave this field blank if you do not wish to print your name on the cover.
8. Click on “Add to Cart” and “View Cart”
9. Click “Final Checkout”
10. Click on “Add Profile”
11. Fill out the form and click on “Update”
12. Click on “Back”
13. Select “Your Profile” from the drop down list
14. Click on “Confirm Order”
15. Click on “Finish Payment”
16. Provide credit card information
17. Click on “Submit”
You can also purchase a yearbook by filling out the yearbook order form and following the instructions provided in order to send us your order information and payment by check or money order.
How much does a yearbook cost?

When do the yearbooks arrive?
The yearbooks are scheduled to arrive in mid May.

What are the ad image specifications?
Ad images must meet the following specifications:
1. Image Format: JPEG
2. Minimum Pixel Resolution: 300 dpi
3. Minimum JPEG Compression: 8 (Good)
4. Print Dimensions: 7“ x 5.25“ (WxH)
5. Color Space (RGB)
How can I submit & purchase a yearbook ad?

Does the website require both the submission and purchase of the ad at the same time?
Yes. It is too confusing to do it otherwise.
Who can buy a yearbook ad? Students, parents and local businesses can all purchase ads to be included in the yearbook. Seniors ads are a great way to congratulate the graduating seniors. Buddy ads are a great way for all students to inlcude you and your friends. Business ads are a great way for local community to support the school yearbook program.
Yearbooks ads are sold on a first-come basis so don't delay and purchase your ad today!
What are the yearbook ad purchase deadlines? Traditional ad purchases must be submitted by Nov 30th. Online ad purchases must be submitted by Jan 15th.

Photo Submission FAQs
What are the image requirements for photo submissions?
Photo images must meet the following specifications:
1. Image Format: JPEG
2. Minimum JPEG Compression: 8 (Good)
3. Color Space (RGB)
Images from digital cameras should be captured at the highest quality (i.e. pixel resolution) possible. Photos should be scanned at a minimum of 300 dpi.
How can I be sure my photos are included?
Send us as many great photos as possible. This way you will have the best chance to have some of your photos included.
How do I send photos to the yearbook staff?
You will first need an account to access the YBonline website setup for us by our publisher. Once you obtain an account, you will be able to access the YBonline website and submit photos directly to our yearbook staff. Although we don't promise that we will include the photos you submit, we will include photos that we think best capture the great moments or emotions. We encourage you to send us as many of your great school photos as possible.
