Academy of Entertainment and Sports Management

The Academy of Entertainment and Sports Management  was launched during the 2003-2004 school year with the goal of introducing students to the broad range of responsibilities involving interpersonal activities, decision-making, communication and teamwork that today’s business management professionals must be prepared to assume.  The first course offering in this new academy is Entrepreneurship and Business Management A/B, a class that concentrates on how new businesses are started and what dynamics are involved in ensuring their ultimate success.  Over the coming years, the academy will expand to include classes such as Statistics and Mathematical Modeling, Anatomy and Physiology, Journalism, and Business Law.
