Mission Statement:
We, the first grade team at RPES, believe that through cooperation, respect, flexibility and persistence we can reach all students both academically and socially. Our goal is to help all students strive to meet individual and school goals in all academic areas as well as develop social skills through our Stop & Think character education program. As a team, we will achieve these goals by providing our students with quality, effective, differentiated instruction while giving them a positive and nurturing environment. We want to inspire all first graders to become lifelong readers, writers scientists and mathematicians!
