9/8/11 – 9/9/11 – Sign Up in cafeteria for auditions 

9/21/11 & 9/22/11 - Auditions in Room 160 

9/23/11 – Post Cast in front hallway 

9/27/11- cast  

9/28/11 – Stage Crew Day – early dismissal – need transportation 

10/4/11- cast 

10/5/11- crew (set design) 

10/11/11- crew (set design) 

10/12/11- cast 

10/13/11- crew (set design) 

10/18/11- crew (set design) 

10/19/11-  crew (set design) 

10/20/11- cast of “Pink Pelican” (Esmerelda, all ‘itas, Jane, Don Juan, Lucretia; crew (sound techs/curtains only) 

10/25/11- Cast of Act 1, scene 1– blocking – stage movement directions (crew- curtains only) 

10/26/11- Cast of Act 1, scenes 2 & 3 – blocking – stage movement directions (crew- curtains only) 

10/27/11 – Cast of Act 2 – blocking – stage movement directions (crew- curtains only) 

11/1/11-  All cast – no more scripts 

11/2/11-  crew (set design) 

11/8/11 & 11/9/11- ALL CAST- no more scripts 

11/10/11 – Drama Practice Early Dismissal – ALL CAST need transportation pick up at 3:00 

11/15/11 – Drama Practice in Gym ALL CAST - CREW (lights, sound, curtains) 

11/16/11 & 11/17/11 – ALL CAST - In Room 160 

11/21/11 – Drama Practice until 5:00pm – need transportation- ALL CAST- CREW (lights, sound, curtains) 

  11/22/11 – Drama Practice until 4:00pm – ALL CAST- CREW (lights, sound, curtains) 

11/29/11 – Full Dress Rehearsal- until 5:30pm – need transportation- ALL CAST- CREW (lights, sound, curtains) 

11/30/11 – Full Dress Rehearsal- until 5:30pm – need transportation- ALL CAST- CREW (lights, sound, curtains) 

   

12/1/11 & 12/2/11 – Drama Production!! Cast members, lights, sound, curtains arrive at 6:00, show starts at 7:00.
