The Kindergarten team at Rock Creek Forest Elementary School believes that learning is a continual process enriched by the diversity brought into the classroom by each child and that every child has the ability to learn when a positive and safe environment is provided.

Brooke Mayhew - English Academy
I graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Early Childhood Education in 2008. I have been a kindergarten teacher at Rock Creek Forest for one year and absolutely love working with the children! I have always had a passion for working with children and enjoy seeing the students’ academic, social, and personal growth throughout the school year. I am a Montgomery County native who graduated from Sherwood High School. I enjoy playing volleyball and running. |
