The Paint Branch Art Department offers a wide variety of artistic experiences for all students. The purpose of the fine arts curriculum is to establish a foundation for a lifelong relationship with the arts for every student. Students will study the universal language of art through history, aesthetics, criticism, and production.
The curriculum provides opportunities to develop abilities that allow personal expression, while strengthening their visual organizational skills. Our curriculum will also increase their sensitivity to cultural diversity, and the capacity to embrace sensory stimuli in everyday life.
