Feeling disconnected?  Having a child in high school can make you feel out of touch!  Our PTSA sponsors an email listserv that provides quick access to information on school events, meetings of interest to parents, emergency information, and much, much more! The morning announcements, as broadcast on the school TV network, are sent out every morning once they are posted. The PTSA newsletter, besides being mailed to every household, also gets posted here, on the school website, and notices are sent via the email list when the new newsletter is available. Announcements from Ms. Dixon and Montgomery County Public Schools are sent out, as well as sports schedule changes due to bad weather.

To sign up, just send an email to paintbranchnet-subscribe@yahoogroups.com - PLEASE – be sure to confirm your request by replying to the auto response message you will receive from Yahoo Groups. You do not need a Yahoo ID to do this – just reply to the message. You will then receive another auto response requesting identity info, which must be provided to subscribe. You do not need to be a PTSA member to join paintbranchnet, but we ask you please to consider joining – your dues support our programs that benefit all our students and staff.

SPECIAL NOTE: Please be sure your anti-spam settings will permit Yahoo groups to come through. SpamCop has been targeting Yahoo lately, and so many messages have been bouncing. This can be a problem if you subscribe a work email address, and periodically it is a problem for hotmail, verizon and msn accounts. If you are not getting your messages, your address may be bouncing. Only you can reactivate your address when this happens. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me!
