Ms. Silva

My name is Nadia Silva and I am the Technology Teacher at Oak View Elementary. I graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Elementary Education, and I earned a Masters degree from Johns Hopkins University in Instructional Technology. I was born and raised in Silver Spring, and I am a proud product of MCPS!

I thoroughly enjoy teaching the Oak View students in the computer lab. They are so eager to learn new and exciting things through the use of technology. I am impressed with their willingness to follow directions and be great role models.

When I am not at Oak View, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter and son. I also love playing cards, surfing the Internet, collecting monkey things and going to the beach with my family and friends!
