1st grade Masks
This lesson is part of the new MCPS Art Curriculum. Students learned that there are many ways to manipulate paper, among them: folding, curling, and fringing. Our first step was to practice different ways to change paper from laying flat to standing up. Students chose an animal to represent in a paper mask.
