For Parents

School Hours

The instructional day for students begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 3:25 p.m. Students arriving after the 9:00 bell are considered tardy and must sign in at the front office. In the morning, students are admitted to the building at 8:35. Students should not be dropped off at school before 8:35.   Breakfast is served from 8:35 - 8:55. In the afternoon, walkers and students picked up by adults are excused at 3:25. Bus riders are called down to the front of the building as their buses arrive at Oakland Terrace.

On early release days, students are dismissed from Oakland Terrace at 12:55 pm. Parents and guardians are responsible for making arrangements for students on those days. Please coordinate activities for these days with babysitters, daycare centers and other after school programs.
