• The observance of Veterans Day not only preserved the historical significance but helps focus attention on the important purpose of Veterans Day. That is to be thankful.  Without the patriotism of many men and women, we would have a different society. We have some local celebrities around campus.  When you see them, thank them for courage and dedication to the freedoms of this land.  Thank you Mr. Jack Lartz in building service; Mr. David Smith in Science; Mr. Randal Hostetter in Math; Mr. Bryan Seymour in Social Studies; Mr. Dale Klinger in Math; and Mr. Robert Fitzgerald in Computers Applications.
• Seniors selling fruit. All the money for the sale is due to Ms. Dorga in room 337 no later than November 25, 2009.  The top seller will receive two FREE prom tickets. The second place seller will receive a FREE yearbook.  All checks are payable to Northwest High School, Class of 2010. Delivery of the fruit and cheesecake will be the week of December 14. Seniors, help raise money for your Senior Class!! For more information, please come see Ms. Dorga in room 337.”
• Attention all interested in playing Volleyball this winter. There will be a meeting TODAY for any interested club players.  Meet in Mr. Smith’s room 222 during lunch if you are interested.
• There will be a MANDATORY meeting for all boys interested in playing VARSITY basketball TODAY in room 231.  You must be present to try out.
• Attention Class of 2012.   You can order your class of 2012 t-shirt.  Order forms and payment are due to Mrs. Keller in room 377 or Mrs. Link in room 378.  Lastly, the final rounds of orders for mixed bags are due this Friday.  Thanks for your support!
• There will be a mandatory Key Club meeting today at lunch in room 124.  Please arrive at the beginning of lunch.
