NWHS Wrestling
The wrestling season kicks off this Saturday November 14th. Our first tryout/practice will be held in the Northwest Wrestling room by the auxillary gym. There will be two practices, one from 9:00AM - 11:00AM, and a second from 1:00PM - 3:00 PM.
You may bring lunch and a pillow to take a nap in the wrestling room between practices, or you can go home between practices. Please be ready to begin practice by 9:00AM, that means dressed with shoes tied and already stretching.
Anyone trying out to be a captain this year should make sure to show up extra early to help set up and get the new wrestlers acclimated.

Reminder:
The Montgomery County Wrestling Club meets every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 - 8:00 in the Northwest wrestling room. This is the open mat club, but there is a fee and you need to have a current USA wrestling card. For more details see coach Vukovich or Coach Frank.
