PTA News
Going forward, we have several important volunteer needs to fill.
1. Audit Committee to review our books from last school year. This is required annually, and the Montgomery County PTA reminded me of it in a letter late last month. It involves a fairly simple review of the disposition of our revenues and expenses. Our treasurer Rod Rivard has the information. We also will need an Audit Committee this coming summer for this year's books.
2. Staff vs. team basketball game scheduled for Friday April 16. We have several tasks outlined for this major fun and fundraising event, but need brains and bodies.
3. Staff appreciation activities during this coming spring. We have good information on what was done in past years.
Please contact me to sign up for a volunteer task. As we all know, it takes a village to make a successful PTA, and the more help we get the less effort per person.
