College Ed is an elective in the Arts Rotation for 7th graders. Students spend 9 weeks exploring careers and opportunities for life beyond school. Activities include field trips, guest speakers and research into a variety of career paths.

Here is a great web site to visit if you want to know more about careers and what they pay. http://www.kids.gov. Just click on middle school, then careers. You will find a description of many careers, job outlooks, the training and skills you will need, and a pay scale. Check it out! Another site you may want to use to practice SAT testing and vocabulary words is http://www.collegeboard.com.
