Policies and Procedures

PASSES

• Students can pick up a pass from the staff member on duty at their assigned morning location to come to the media center before school starts.
• Signed passes are required during the school day. Lunch passes are issued in the dining hall.
• Students wishing to use the media center after school for homework completion, sign up for Home Work Club one day in advance.

• Students may check out up to 4 books, or 3 books and 1 magazine for a 2 week loan period.
• Students may renew books.
• Reference materials may be borrowed at the end of the school day and returned before first block on the next school day.

• Overdue notices will be sent to students through their 1st period teachers. There are no fines for overdue books.
• Students may not check out additional materials until overdue items are returned or paid for.

• Students are responsible for lost or damaged books.
