 
BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION

This year Meadow Hall will be participating in the Box Tops for Education Program, which is a rebate program to help the school earn cash for teaching materials, texts and library books, computers/technology , classroom supplies, etc. The school can earn up to $60,000 each year. We Need Your Help! All you have to do is clip Box Top Logos from items you buy and send them to school with your child. <-----> How the program works:
1) Clip Box Tops from participating products. 2) Put Box Tops in a sealed envelope or Ziploc baggie. Write your child's name, child's teacher's name and grade, and number of box tops on the outside of the envelope (If using a bag, you can write the information on piece of paper and seal it in the bag). For example: Joe Smith, Mrs. Burke, Kindergarten 20 Box Tops. 3) Send them to school in your child's folder OR drop them in the large pink Box Tops collection box near the main office. <-----> The class that collects the most Box Tops will earn a class party, although every Box Top helps our school! You can visit www .boxtopsforeducation.com/ for more information. <-----> If you already dropped Box Tops in the collection box, or in the main office, feel free to retrieve your bag and write your child's information on it so his/her class can get credit. Keep an eye on out for class totals in the Refrigerator page or the Principal's Page. We will send class collection total updates on a monthly basis. 11/14/08

FINAL CALL FOR SCHOOL PTA DIRECTORY INFORMATION

Please be sure to turn in your contact information to be included in the school directory, since the PTA cannot publish your personal information without consent. The purpose of
the directory is to enable parents and students to contact friends and classmates. It is not for use by private business for solicitation purposes. By having your family included you ensure to be in touch by other families for activities such as, birthday parties, play days, and to have your students check on homework assignments/projects with classmates when absent from school. OUR FIRST MONTHLY NIGHT OUT
|

Every month from now until May, Meadow Hall will have a special night at a select restaurant. That restaurant will generously donate 10% of their profits that evening to our school! All you have to do is show up with your family and eat some food- it's that simple! This month it will be 3 Brothers Pizza on Rockville Pike on November 25. More details to come! 11/14/08
