Often referred to as SIP, the School Improvement Plan is designed to ensure that all of our students meet or exceed federal education requirements. Mill Creek Towne Elementary teachers and administration are continuously:

• Analyzing the Data from the MSA and TerraNova tests
• Clarifing the Problem (lower scores is certain areas)
• Creating/Revising our action plan
• Implementing our Action Plan
• Monitoring Progress
• Acting on Needed Changes
