FLES - Foreign Language In Elementary Schools

The Foreign Language in Elementary School (FLES) Program provides quality language instruction, before and after school to children in Montgomery County, Maryland elementary and middle schools. Classes are coordinated through local Parent Teacher Associations (PTA) with the cooperation of the Montgomery County Public School (MCPS) System.

Classes meet once a week for an hour before or after the school day, there are 26 classes from October - May, and the fee is $215.00 per year. This year Chinese, Spanish and French will be offered at both introductory and advanced levels, depending on the enrollment.
