Classroom Pages

December classroom pages have been updated.  Be sure to check out your students classroom web page to keep up to date on what's happening in their  class.

See how creative our students are.  They made caterpillars in second grade and character pumpkins in third grade. 

Winter Concert

Fifth Grade Chorus will be performing at the Winter Concert this year on Tuesday, December 2nd at 7:00P.  Come out and listen to them, they have been practicing hard and sound fantastic!

Canned Food Drive

The SGA is sponsoring a canned food drive in partnership with Young Chefs Academy and the Maryland Food Bank.  We will be collecting contributions of canned goods now through December 8, 2008.

Contributions provide food for those who are in need this holiday season.  Please bring your non-perishable goods to school.  The classroom that donates the most canned goods will win a free field trip to the Young Chefs Academy.

Be sure to browse our virtual Art Gallery.  Our students are very talented and creative, and they have done some beautiful work. 

Thank You Career Day Speakers

Thank you to all of the people who have volunteered their time to come in and talk to our students about their careers.  The kids really enjoyed hearing about all the different careers.

Luxmanor Addition

Luxmanor's Young Minority Scholars have designed a web page to keep the community up to date on the new addition that is under construction.  You can get information, see the building plans and see pictures of the work in progress.  Check out the Lux New Addition page.

The proposed completion date for construction has been pushed back a month to March 15th, 2009.
