TV Studio
WLMS Morning News is responsible for presenting the daily announcements each day. The Morning News usually pre-recorded the day before, airs each morning at 7:55 am on Channel 38. Students are responsible for much of the work that makes WLMS happen each day working as announcers, operate teleprompter/character generator/audio equipment, studio cameras, assist with editing, select audio and create slides for the morning announcements.
WLMS TV is open to all students. No previous experience is necessary to be a WLMS TV Crew member. However, preparing and presenting the morning news requires a lot of work and commitment, therefore students who are interested must be responsible, dependable and dedicated!
“Rolling Announcements” is a slide show news presentation of the current events and news at Loiederman. The Rolling Announcements are shown throughout the day on Channel 38 following the morning news.
WLMS TV News and the Rolling Announcements are sponsored by Ms. Burk, Media Specialist. Please see Ms. Burk for more information.
