There are so many wonderful books to read! How can you choose?
Black-Eyed Susan Books are nominated by a committee of members the Maryland Association of School Librarians (MASL). Maryland students are encouraged to read as many books as possible so they can vote for their favorite book! The Black-Eyed Susan Book Award is given to the outstanding book that Maryland students choose. There are two catergories for elementary students: Picture Books and Intermediate Books.
