Our Mission Statement
Little Bennett is a diverse community of learners where students, staff and parents value one another. We will provide a positive learning environment that enables everyone to experience success. In order to promote intellectual, social and emotional development, we will embrace individual strengths as we:

Throughout the 2008-2009 school year, the staff at Little Bennett will concentrate on the following goals:
- Building relationships among students, staff, and parents
- Identifying and addressing our students’ strengths and needs
- Establishing trust
- Fine tuning procedures we’ve put into place to establish routines, safety, and an environment conducive to teaching and learning
- Maintaining a high level of safety and security for students and staff
- Identifying and addressing the performance gap
- Providing rigor for all students through small group instruction
- Moving all students forward academically at an accelerated pace
The support of our parents and PTA will help us achieve the goals above. Please stay involved in your child’s education. Some of the best ideas that continue to make Little Bennett a great school come from students and parents. Never hesitate to share your suggestions or ideas. Simply send in a note, call the school, or email a staff member. Please look for The Eagle in your child’s backpack each Thursday.
