My name is Nadine Finau. I feel very fortunate to be a special education teacher here at Lee Middle School where I have taught for the past 8 years. This year I will be teaching Reading and English. I grew up in this area and after living in various regions around the country, settled back here in June of 1999. I have been a special education teacher for the past 11 years. After teaching overseas for 2 years in the Peace Corps, I spent 3 years as a Peace Corps Fellow teaching a special education class in a small rural town on the edge of the Navajo Reservation in Northern Arizona. I am married and live with my husband and our 14 year daughter as well as our two dogs.
