Currently, I’m a sixth, seventh and eighth grade
Reading teacher. This is my tenth year teaching at Lee MS. I thoroughly enjoy
working with excellent students, staff and community here at Lee. Undoubtedly,
Lee is a place to be.
As an educator for the past
32 years, there hasn’t been a dull moment. Everyday brings new and exciting
experiences and challenges.
I do believe that learning is
a lifelong process.
I have a passion for teaching
and my students reflect that enthusiasm.
They know that I’m always there for them and will never give up on them.
I believe that all students
can succeed through rigor, effort, and the use of effective strategies. As a
teacher, I have high and positive expectations for them and myself.
I also believe that respect
and responsibility leads to excellence.
I’m always available for any
support my students need to feel safe and successful.
Besides my regular schedule
at Lee, I support extra- curricular activities and academic Intervention
programs.
I’m a part time teacher and
mentor with Adult Education and Literacy program at Montgomery College
as well.
I’m bilingual. I can speak,
read and write Hindi. I’m married and a proud mother of two sons. Recently, I
became a grandmother of an adorable grandson.
Other than spending time with
my family, I love to travel, cook and read. |
