I
am a Special Educator at Col. E. Brooke Lee Middle School. I have been
teaching for 11 years. I received my Bachelors degree from University
of Maryland Eastern Shore where I majored in Rehabilitative Services. I
later pursued my Masters degree in Special Education from Johns Hopkins
University. Currently I am working on my Doctoral Degree in Educational
Leadership and Administration at Capella University.
I really enjoy working with students that have special needs. My mother
was the reason why I became a special educator, because she too worked
in this field. It has been a challenging and rewarding experience.
I am married and I enjoy traveling, shopping, working out, and going to
the movies with my husband.
