The centers promote school readiness, encourage language, social skills, curiosity and cognitive development, provide resources, help with parenting problems and a chance to share ideas and concerns.

Provides parents and caregivers with resources and information about services and linkages to programs that are available to assist them with children birth to age five.
State of Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) - (301) 362-5100
The Developmental Disabilities Administration provides long term funding for individuals eligible for adult day, residential, or support services for individuals with developmental disabilities to work and live as independently as possible in the community. Eligibility is based on priority, availability of needed services and funding, and acceptance by the agency of the client’s application.

Mental Health:
Families Foremost Center
For parents with young children birth through 48 months. Provides adult education, employment readiness training, parenting classes, health education and life skills training, peer support, self sufficiency promotion, parent/child activities, toddler care, and home visiting.
Respite Care:

Founded in 1994 by a small group of families, PCR today serves hundreds of individuals with developmental differences, their families, and involved professionals.
