Once again, the Student Government at Kingsview Middle School our focus is towards the diverse staff and students of Kingsview.

The officers meet every Wednesday from 2:50pm – 4:10pm.   

Our main focus is to:

• survey the students for a collective opinion
• promote communications between the school and surrounding community
• increase the effectiveness our student council by attending several MASC or MCJC leadership workshops
• initiate and promote improvement and activities for Kingsview Middle School.

Kingsview belongs to the MCJC, MASC, and MCR. 

MCR=The Montgomery County Region of the Maryland Association of Student Councils

MCJC=Montgomery County Junior Councils

MASC=Maryland Association of Student Councils

We will be traveling to Ocean City, Maryland in 2008 in order to attend the MASC Convention.
