In the event of an emergency, it may be necessary for parents to pick up their child. Kingsview MS will implement their PCR plan. The cafeteria will be used as the indoor location to implement the PCR plan. Parents should NOT enter the building through the front door. Please follow the signs on the front of the building and use the door to the right of the music classrooms. The outdoor location will be the area between the pool and the recreation center.
A student will only be released to the parents/guardians or a person listed on their PCR release form only after the emergency code has been lifted. Valid identification is required to release your child from school. Only those persons listed on the PCR form will be permitted to pick up your child.
In the event that the students are removed from the KMS site, the primary off campus location will be Northwest HS 13501 Richter Farm Road; 301-601-4660. If Northwest HS is not available, the alternate off campus location will be Seneca Valley HS 12700 Middlebrook Road; 301-353-8000. The PCR process will be the same at the off campus site. Valid identification is required to release your child from school. Only those persons listed on the PCR form will be permitted to pick up your child.
