John F. Kennedy High School offers a unique program as an elective course, Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (NJROTC). This course of instruction is available all four years of high school. The same credit towards graduation is earned annually as in other elective courses.

The mission of NJROTC is “to instill in students the value of citizenship, service to the United States, personal responsibility and a sense of accomplishment.”
