Dear Fellow Travelers and Hoover Community Members,
Thank you all for the wonderfully positive feedback we have received regarding our Spring Break Argentina 2010 travel plans. We took notice at those of you that expressed strong interest yet kindly and carefully suggested the price was a little out of reach for these special times. That did not go unnoticed. As a result, we have been busy working in the background to see what modifications could be made in order to reduce the overall cost to all and yet keep the integrity of the trip the same. We are thrilled to report that we have a winning combination.
The great news is that we are offering a new set of options that may be just what you are looking for. The first option is the same trip as before at the significantly reduced rate of $3,200.00 USD per passenger. This applies to everyone whether you have already committed to the trip or have yet to do so. The second option offers you the ability to purchase the Argentine, domestic portion of the tour at the incredibly reduced rate of $2,400.00USD per passenger. Taking the second option would involve you making your own international flight arrangements and ensuring that you will meet up with the tour in Buenos Aires (see detailed disclaimer and information sheet).
Please review the revised itinerary and the details of the two new options. This has caused us to be more excited over the trip than ever before. As before, the sooner you sign up and send in a deposit the sooner we can guarantee you a spot on this trip. All conditions and terms remain the same as before.
Following this cover letter, you will find more details about the itinerary, the two different options, the flight routes, the hotels and the activities we have planned.
We certainly hope you give this exciting trip some consideration. We remain available to answer any questions you may have as well as assist you in planning for this trip to Argentina.
Sincerely,
Fernando Marra-López & Julie Marsteller
