The Physical Education Staff at Herbert Hoover Middle School’s mission is to educate students through a variety of interdisciplinary, developmental, and fitness oriented instruction in order to meet the following critical life needs:

Physician Contact Form - Parents must submit this form along with a doctors note if their child has been excused from Physical Education class for 4 or more days. This will enable the child's PE teacher to tailor a specific program to fit the child's needs.
