What is PBIS?

Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is a proactive approach to establishing the behavioral supports and social culture and needed for all students in a school to achieve social, emotional, and academic success.

How do we do PBIS at HHES?

PBIS is used to mainly support behavior management at HHES.  In our school, we use Pack Prints, Paw Prints and lots of positive rewards to do so! Students earn pack Prints and Paw Prints for making good choices and being responsible respectful and safe!  They can cash in their pack and paw prints for rewards! We use the PAX - Good Behavior Game to establish a positive environment throughout the school and to allow for student success.
