Media Center Aides
All fifth graders are welcome to apply to become media center aides.
Interested students should fill out the job application after they have read the guidelines listed below. Return the completed application to the media center as soon as possible. Please note that not all applicants will be selected to work in the media center.
Media Aide Guidelines
Aides will wear a Media Aide tag while working in the media center. This will also act as your pass from the lunch room to the media center.
Aides must report to the media center during their assigned time unless changes are worked out in advance with Mrs. Spiro.
Aide tasks will vary from day to day, but will include being responsible for checking in books from the drop bin; straightening the shelves; shelving books in correct alphabetical order; and other tasks as they arise.
