Passwords

The following is a list of databases that would be good to search for this project. In order to access them from a school computer, go up to favorites-> subscriptions-> choose the database you would like to use. Obviously your choice will depend upon your researchable question.

ProQuest Platinum
SIRS Knowledge Source

(those in bold may be better choice)

For home use, passwords for these databases are available in the media center. Passwords are also located on a yellow sheet on top of the computers in the media center.
Keywords are an important part of researching. Spend a few minutes jotting down keywords, and synonyms of your keywords, for your research question. You can also try broadening or narrowing your topic to find information when you search. For instance, abortion may be found by searching women's rights (broadening).
