General physical education is a requirement for graduation.  Most students earn their credit freshman year.  We, as a department, are stressing lifetime sports and activities.  We try to introduce students to a variety of both individual and team sports.  Some of the team sports include flag football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, team handball, floor hockey. Individual sports include badminton, tennis, table tennis, archery, and golf.  For the upper grades, we offer a variety of specialty classes which include weight training, aerobics, basketball, and soccer.
