Come One, Come All to our Student Art Exhibit!
Visit the Gaithersburg Library Children's Section and see many of our student's artwork. This exciting exhibit will be up for the entire month of March. Come see examples of realistic and abstract artwork. Some three dimensional pieces (long, high, and wide) but mostly two dimensional (long and high). Several of these pieces will then travel downcounty to the White Flint Mall. That art exhibit will run from April 21st through April 26th. We are very proud of our blossoming artist's!

Student Artists' Point of View
"Beauty is..." was the theme for a visual arts competition sponsored by our PTA. Twenty-three students entered their interpretation of what "Beauty is..." to them. The artwork represents many ideas of beauty, in many different materials. Please visit the hallway outside of the art room to see each unique entry! We are delighted by all student contributions.
Four artists from Gaithersburg Arts Barn judged our entries and the results are as followed:
First Place: Kevin M.
Two Second Place : Claire H. and Nylisa L.
Five Honorable Mention: Katy H, Stevie H., Katie M., Lilianne M., Derek N.
