Chesapeake Connections: Mr. Beaver's Scrapbook

Water Fun on Smith Island

Hey! I got my Rain Jacket on and I am ready to go night canoeing! I'm with my friends Laura, Robert, and Eric. We're heading out...just hope I don't get wet. Wet beaver fur really stinks!

We're scraping the bottom of the Chesapeake for crabs. We are sorting through the stuff that we scraped up. EWW!! Don't get that stuff on my fur!
Here's Nicole and Ashlee helping out! Those are some tough women! Look at how Ashlee handles that crab. We found a sea horse, crabs, and alot of diffrent sea animals while scrappping throught the S.A.V.'s. The S.A.V.'s are what little creatures make their habitat in. It is important for us to keep the S.A.V.'s alive or all those creatures in the Chesapeake might die....ITS UP TO YOU...
"STAND BY YOUR WATERMAN!!" Davie is a wonderful singer. We are taking a short break from the pressures of scraping to let loose our vocals. "STAND BY YOUR WATERMAN!!"
I am so excited! I am ready to go out on an adventure and couldn't be happier!
