Forest Oak Middle School students enjoy the hospitality of Fox Island and the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. We give special thanks to the Chesapeake Bay Trust for their support of our trip.

Day 1, Clump Island

(Click on the photos to see them full size. Use the Back button to return to this page.)

We left for Clump Island after we got settled at the lodge.

Veronica and Lois are searching for objects on Clump Island that desribe their personality.

We found Oyster Catcher eggs in the sand. Their eggs camoflage well with their sandy environment, therefore they do not need to be hidden.

Megan and Ashley are working on constructing objects made of only natural materials, found on the island.

We left Clump Island and headed back to Fox lodge.
