S-A-T WORD OF THE DAY:  

 

There will be a mandatory girl's basketball meeting at the beginning of lunch, TOMORROW, in room 180.  Anyone interested in playing girl's basketball next year must attend.  Thank you.

 

Prom tickets will go on sale through the 25th in the Art Gallery.  Tickets are $50 and can be bought using cash or check made out to Albert Einstein High School. To buy prom tickets ALL obligations must be paid to Mr. Ramos including senior dues, which are also $50.  Please see Mr. Nappo with any questions.

 

After Prom ends, keep the party going at the AEHS After-Prom party!  After-Prom will be held at the Bethesda Bowlmor from 12:00 AM - 4:00 AM after prom concludes.  If you would like to take a chartered bus from prom to Bowlmor, tickets are $10 and will be sold at the same time as prom tickets, til April 25th in the Art Gallery.  Please see Mr. Nappo with any questions. 

 

HEY TITANS!! There will be a Spring Fling Dance Saturday, April 14th, from 7:30pm to 10:30pm. Tickets are $10 and will be sold on Main Street during lunch all this week. All obligations must be cleared before purchasing a ticket. No tickets will be sold at the door, so get your tickets early.

 

Project Prom will be accepting gently used prom dresses, shoes, purses, jewelry , and suits through April 13th from 2:30pm - 4:30pm in the art gallery. Thank You in advance for your donations!

 

Seniors! Are you interested in speaking at graduation? Auditions are being held on Monday, April 16th during lunch. Sign up to audition and pick up your info packet in room 113 on Main Street. See Mr. Nappo or Mrs. King if you have questions.

 

 

TITANS!! Come out to the Staff vs. Students basketball game on Monday, April16th, 2018 at 4:30 PM. Tickets are only $2.00 and will be sold at the game.

To sign up to participate, there is a sheet outside of room 205, along with a liability form. Any teachers who are interested in participating should email Ms. Moore.

 

 

Rising Juniors and Seniors… Are you looking for a summer job?

Summer R.I.S.E. is a locally funded initiative led by WorkSource Montgomery, in collaboration with MCPS and other partners that provides rising juniors and seniors with enriching summer career development experiences. Students will participate in career shadowing opportunities that will introduce them to the structure of businesses and industries, the role of technology, and the importance of customer service in every profession. You will also earn a $300 stipend, learn about financial literacy, and participate in both online and in person professionalism trainings to help prepare you for college and career. Businesses will provide unique opportunities during a three week period starting July 9th.

All techies and gamers interested in coding competitions, game design, animations, original app designs, cybersecurity, and much more. Please meet Mrs. Lewis and Mrs. Norris in LAB 134, every Thursday at lunch to explore and tap into other areas of tech, gaming, and programming.

Students this week we will continue our YMCA after school program. Board games, card games, and Xbox one games will be readily accessible. SNACKS WILL BE PROVIDED.!  Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 

 

French tutoring is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays in Room 28 during lunch.  French Honor Society members will be present to assist students.

 

The Spiritual Club wants to help you work on your soul and spirit and welcomes all belief systems, so please attend the meeting on Wednesday in room 150, from 2:40- 3:30pm.

 

There will be a meeting of THE CHRISTIAN CLUB, at lunch EVERY Monday  in room 263.  All those interested in the relevance of Christianity are welcome to attend. See You There!
