Titans Battle Against Springbrook

With five courts going to three sets, the Titans girls lost an intense match against Springbrook 2-5.

Titans Claim Victory

In their first win of the season, the Titans defeated Wheaton on all seven courts!

Einstein vs Gaithersburg 3:30 p.m.

Lady Titans Strike Again

It was Titans vs Trojans from Gaithersburg, and the Titans claimed the match win, 6-1.

Einstein at Northwood 3:30 p.m.

Titans Down Northwood

Titans play to win on all seven courts, defeating Northwood 7-0.

Einstein at Churchill 10 a.m.

Titans Fall to Churchill Bulldogs

   The Division 3 Titans took on the strong Division 1 Churchill Bulldogs, and lost the match 7-0, but not before winning some games against one of the leading county teams.
   Einstein's #1 singles player Micaela Valverde pulled off two games in her first set and one game in her second set. Singles #2 player Narin Thammavong managed to win two games in her first and second sets.
   Doubles #1 Sally Ye and Caroline Jackman nailed down two games in their second set.
   Singles #3 Ann Levie and singles #4 Bianca Hicks, doubles #2 Phuong Ngo and Samantha Macia, and doubles #3 Andrea Mancilla and Janina Staguhn battled hard, but were not able to win a game in their sets.

Einstein vs Watkins Mill 3:30 p.m.

Titans Battle for a Win

   The Lady Titans played tough against Division 3 opponent Watkins Mill and claimed the match 5-2.
   Singles #1 Micaela Valverde (6-2, 7-5) and Singles #2 Narin Thammavong (6-4, 6-3) showed strong, consistent play in winning both sets.
   Doubles #1 Caroline Jackman and Sally Ye settled their match 6-3, 7-5.
   Doubles #2 Samantha Macia and Phuong Ngo easily handled their opponents 6-2, 6-2.
   The doubles #3 pair of Charlotte Wright and Lucia Ormaza won 6-3,7-5.
   Singles #3 Ann Levie lost a third set tie-breaker (3-6, 6-1, 4-6) aftrer a great comeback in the second set.
   Singles #4 Bianca Hicks played tenaciously before losing 4-6, 3-6.
