EMAL wins 2nd Place Award at Montgomery County Media Festival

A team of students from the ESOL Multimedia Arts Literacy class won second place at the Montgomery County Media Festival in the persuasive film category. Manuel P. was the director and deserves a lot of credit. Julio C., Hellen R., Leo M., and Anielka Z. were all on his team. This is a huge accomplishment as they were competing against many high schools - including some schools with large media programs - and they were the ONLY ESOL students in the festival. Please share your congratulations with these students and extend Ms. Ellen B. Daniels KUDOS for her hard work and dedication to her students.
