Thomas Edison High School of Technology is proud to announce the seasonal opening of its student-operated Café Edison. Enjoy the delectable cuisine prepared by the Professional Restaurant Management student chefs and the professional table service provided by the student servers from the Academy of Hospitality and Tourism. The café will be open every Tuesday through Friday from March 5 , 2008, through April 18, 2008.

Breakfast will be served from 8:15 – 9:45 A.M. and Reservations are required.

Lunch will be served from 11:30 A.M. – 12:45 P.M. Reservations are required.
